Tomohon – Wakil Walikota Tomohon Syerly Adelyn Sompotan (SAS) membuka Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah Kota Tomohon Tahun Anggran 2019, bertempat di salah satu hotel ternama di Sulut, Rabu (06/02).
Bimbingan tehknis ini merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah Kota Tomohon untuk terus mempertahankan trend pengelolaan keuangan daerah yang baik, walaupun 5 tahun terakhir ini pemerintah konsisten mendapatkan pini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) dari pihak BPK-RI.
“Laporan keuangan daerah adalah bagian dari pertanggung jawaban APBD sesuai yang di amanatkan oleh undang-undang no 17 tahun 2013 tentang keuangan negara, pada pasal 31 ayat 1 dan Undang-undang no 23 tahun 2014 tentang pemerintahan daerah dan pasal 320 ayat 1, dimana kepala daerah menyampaikan rancangan peraturan daerah tentang pertanggungjawaban pelaksanaan APBD kepada DPRD berupa laporan keuangan yang telah diperiksa oleh BPK,” jelas Wawali Sompotan dalam sambutannya.
Wawali Sompotan mengingatkan kepada seluruh perangkat daerah bahwa lampiran keuangan pemerintah daerah di susun berdasarkan laporan keuangan dari SKPD. Dimana dalam menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsi (tupoksi) dari perangkat daerah diberikan alokasi anggaran serta didukung aset dan barang yang dibutuhkan.
Wawali Sompotan juga menyampaikan penghargaan bagi narasumber baik dari BPKAD Propinsi Sulawesi Utara maupun BPKP perwakilan Sulut yang selalu mendampingi Pemerintah Kota Tomohon dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah. (Oma)
