Tondano- Wakil Bupati Minahasa, Vanda Sarundajang, S.S,menghadiri kegiatan Tondano Fest Seni 2025 diselenggarakan Balai Pelestarian Kebudayaan Wilayah XVII,yang berlangsung di Lapangan Dr. Sam Ratulangi Tondano, Sabtu (11/10/2025).
Kegiatan ini menjadi wadah pelestarian dan promosi kebudayaan lokal Minahasa serta sarana memperkuat semangat kebersamaan masyarakat. Berbagai pertunjukan seni, pameran budaya, dan kegiatan kreatif masyarakat turut memeriahkan suasana festival yang berlangsung meriah dan penuh antusiasme.
Turut hadir dalam kegiatan ini Kepala Balai Pelestarian Kebudayaan Wilayah XVII, Sri Sugiharta, S.S, M.PA, serta perwakilan dari Bank Indonesia.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Wakil Bupati Vanda Sarundajang meninjau sejumlah stand UMKM lokal yang menampilkan berbagai produk khas Minahasa, mulai dari kuliner tradisional hingga kerajinan tangan. Ia juga berkesempatan menyerahkan hadiah bagi para pemenang Heritage Fun Run, salah satu rangkaian kegiatan dalam Tondano Fest 2025.
Wabup Vasung mengatakan bahwa melalui kegiatan ini pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa menegaskan dukungan penuh terhadap pelestarian budaya dan pengembangan sektor pariwisata daerah sebagai bagian dari upaya memperkuat identitas dan meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat Minahasa.
Festival seperti ini tidak hanya memperkenalkan kekayaan budaya Minahasa kepada generasi muda, tetapi juga menjadi penggerak ekonomi lokal melalui partisipasi pelaku UMKM,” ujar Wabup Vanda Sarundajang dalam sambutannya.
Turut hadir mendampingi Wabup Vasung, Kepala Badan Kesbangpol, Kadis Pendidikan, Kadis Kesehatan, Kadis Budpar, Kadis Perhubungan, Kabag Umum, Camat Tondano Barat, dan Camat Tondano Selatan. (*Ronny).
