Tim Gempita saat memantau Kehadiran ASN di Kelurahan Sindulang Dua
Manado – Disiplin Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan Tenaga Harian Lepas (THL) di Kota Manado kembali memuncak. Kehadiran Tim Gerakan Masyarakat Pintar dan Taat Aturan (GEMPITA) besutan Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Manado, jadi pemantik.
Diakui, aktivitas GEMPITA sangat membantu pemerintah Kota Manado di bawah kepemimpinan Walikota Manado DR Ir GS Vicky Lumentut SH MSi DEA, bersama Wakil Walikota Manado Mor Dominus Bastiaan SE, dalam peningkatan disiplin ASN hingga THL di lingkup Pemerintah Kota Manado.
“Ternyata kehadiran GEMPITA punya pengaruh bagi penegakkan disiplin ASN maupun THL. Memang ada selang waktu sekitar dua bulan, GEMPITA tidak melakukan kegiatan. Itu kami nilai mulai berdampak bagi sikap disiplin ASN maupun THL. Ada indikasi sudah mulai tidak disiplin lagi,” aku Maxi Malonda selaku Sekretaris Tim GEMPITA Pemkot Manado, Rabu (28/8) kemarin.
Saat ini, menurut dia, GEMPITA mulai action. Ada beberapa kegiatan pemantauan yang dilakukan. Diharapkan, dengan eksistensi GEMPITA, disipilin ASN dan THL yang selama ini diharapkan pemerintah khususnya Walikota Manado, akan semakin membaik lagi. “Intinya, kehadiran GEMPITA akan memberi warna dalam mendukung upaya Walikota dan Wawali dalam peningkatan disipklin ASN dan THL di Kota Manado,” kunci dia.
Informasi yang diperoleh, Rabu (28/8), Tim GEMPITA melakukan inspeksi di sejumlah sekolah, kantor kelurahan dan perangkat daerah. Antara lain, SD Negeri 44 Manado, Kantor Kelurahan Makeret Barat, Wenang Utara, Maasing serta Dinas Perhubungan. Kegiatan itu dilakukan untuk memantau kehadiran ASN dan THL.
“Ya, kalo GEMPITA so action ulang, tantu musti lebe rajin ke kantor. Kage dapa sidak kong nda ada di kantor bisa kena teguran atau sanksi,” ujar salah satu perangkat kelurahan yang enggan disebutkan namanya. (***)
