Kapolsek Tumpaan Iptu Duwi Galih, SIK. saat memberikan bantuan pada seorang ibu janda lansia, Jumat (15/02/2019)
Amurang – Polsek Tumpaan melaksanakan program ‘Polisi Peduli Sesama’ atau P2S dengan memberikan bantuan kemanusiaan kepada seorang ibu janda lanjut usia (lansia), Suryati Yusuf, 62 tahun, warga Desa Tumpaan Baru, Kecamatan Tumpaan, Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan, Jumat (15/02/2019).
Pemberian bantuan kemanusiaan berupa sembako dan uang tunai ini diserahkan langsung oleh Kapolsek Tumpaan Iptu Duwi Galih, SIK.ini adalah bukti kepedulian Kapolsek Tumpaan serta jajaran.dimana uluran tangan dari seseorang untuk membantu warga kurang mampu itu juga bukan karena di lihat dari program P2S itu juga datang dari unsur saling tolong menolong antar sesama. Karena sudah menjadi tradisi orang Sulawesi Utara” Si tou timou tumou tou” artinya “Manusia baru dapat disebut sebagai manusia, jika sudah dapat memanusiakan manusia”.
“Dihari Jumat yang penuh berkah ini kami berkesempatan melaksanakan salah satu program inovasi kreatif Polres Minsel yakni P2S atau Polisi Peduli Sesama, dengan berbagi rejeki kepada seorang ibu janda kurang mampu yang sudah lanjut usia, ibu Suryati Yusuf,” ungkap Kapolsek Tumpaan.
Dengan adanya program P2S ini, Polres Minsel menunjukan kepeduliannya kepada masyarakat dengan berupaya meringankan beban hidup khususnya bagi warga yang kurang mampu. “Mudah-mudahan dengan P2S ini kami bisa meringankan beban hidup ibu Suryati, dan masyarakat kurang mampu pada umumnya,” tambah Iptu Duwi.
Loton selaku toko masyarakat di desa Tumpaan Satu sangat mengapresiasi program kepolisian ini dia juga mengatakan bahwa Kapolsek Tumpaan sangat mempedulikan warganya apalagi kepada orang yang kurang mampu.
