Amurang – Anggota Unit Reskrim Polsek Amurang berhasil mengamankan terduga pelaku pencabulan terhadap anak dibawah umur lelaki berinisial RK alias Rendy(28) warga Desa Lopana Satu Kec Amurang Timur Kab Minahasa Selatan, di Villa Sutan Raja Kel Pondang Kec Amurang Timur Kab Minahasa Selatan. Kamis (01/08/2019) sekitar pukul 12.00 wita
Kapolsek Amurang AKP Edi Suryanto SH,S.I.K membenarkan penangkapan tersebut.” Benar Unit Reskrim telah berhasil mengamankan pelaku RK di Villa Sutan Raja Kel Pondang yang diduga telah melakukan pencabulan terhadap korban perempuan berinisial CP(17) warga Desa Lopana Satu Kec Amurang Timur Kab Minahasa Selatan”, ujar Kapolsek.
Pelaku berinisial RK ini ditangkap polisi tanpa perlawanan di Villa Sutan Raja, berdasarkan laporan pihak korban dengan bernomor LP/121/VIII/2019,Polsek Amurang Tanggal 01 Agustus 2019 tentang pencabulan yang terjadi di jalan Boulevard Kel Bitung Kec Amurang Kab Minahasa Selatan dalam mobil Pelaku.
Kapolsek Amurang menambahkan, awalnya mulanya kejadian Pelaku RK dan korban perempuan CP(17) warga Desa Lopana Satu berpacaran dan Menurut keterangan korban bahwa pada malam hari sekitar bulan Maret 2019, Pelaku menjemput korban dari rumah untuk mengajak jalan-jalan dengan menggunakan kendaraan, kemudian sesampainya dijalan boulevard Kel Bitung Kecamatan Amurang pelaku RK melakukan pencabulan dengan cara membujuk dan merayu korban untuk melakukan hubungan badan di dalam mobil. Sehingga atas perlakuan pelaku tersebut, orang tua korban tidak senang kerena korban telah hamil 4 bulan dan melaporkan pelaku ke Mapolsek Amurang.
