Tomohon – Walikota Tomohon Jimmy Feidie Eman, SE.Ak., CA, menghadiri dan membuka kegiatan Bimbingan Tekhnis (Bimtek) Penyusunan Dokumen Rencana Pembangunan Berbasis Elektronik (Simda Integrated),bertempat di Villa Emitta Tomohon, Senin (16/03/2020).
Maksud kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pemahaman/keterampilan kepada ASN perencana perangkat daerah dan anggota DPRD Kota Tomohon dalam proses penyusunan RKPD tahun 2021 berbasis elektronik (SIMDA Integrated) dan tujuannya yaitu penyusunan RKPD Pemmkot Tomohon tahun 2021 sudah berbasis elektronik (e-planning) dan meningkatnya kualitas dokumen perencanaan yang tersusun
Walikota Tomohon dalam sambutannya mengatakan sebagai dokumen resmi pemerintah daerah, RKPD mempunyai kedudukan yang strategis yaitu menjembatani perencanaan stratgi jangka menengah dengan perencanaan dan penganggaran tahunan.
“Proses penyususan RKPD kota Tomohon tahun 2021 dilakukan secara sistematis, terarah, terpadu dan tanggap terhadap perubahan dalam penyusunannya.” ujar Walikota Eman.
Dikatakan Walikota, Pemkot Tomohon dalam rangka menunjang program emas melalui pelaksanaan e-government, sudah menerapkannya melalui Simda Integrated dimana merupakan aplikasi berbasis elektronik untuk dapat mengintegrasikan antara proses perencanaan dengan proses penganggaran.
“Tujuan untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah dapat diwujudkan dan dimanfaatkan melalui e-planning dan e-budgetting, sehingga proses perencanaan yang diselenggarakan akan lebih transparan, terbuka, cepat dan akuntabel.”ujar Walikota Eman.
Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh narasumber Kepala Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Sulawesi Utara Setyo Nugroho bersama tim, Kepala Bapelitbangda Kota Tomohon Drs. Daniel Pontonuwu.
