Manado – Pemerintah Kota Manado berencana menambah 50 CCTV di sejumlah tempat umum. Hal itu di lakukan di samping untuk pemantauan keamanan juga melakukan penggawasana dalam pelayanan publik
Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo) Pemerintah Kota Manado Erwin Kontu mengatakan CCTV tersebut sudah di anggarakan dalam APBD 2019.
“Ini sudah jadi program kami dan sudah tertata di APBD 2019,” jelas Kontu.
Di katakan,penambahan CCTV ini akan melengkapi yang ada sebelumnya. Di ketahui ada 100 CCTV yang terpasang di sejumah titik Kota Manado.
“Semuanya di pantau lewat Command Centre,” ucap Kontu.
Sejumlah CCTV baru tersebut direncanakan dipasang di instansi pemerintah. Selain demi keamanan, adanya CCTV juga memperkuat pengawasan dalam pelayanan publik. (JM)
