Tomohon – Pemerintah Kota Tomohon menggelar rapat Koordinasi Bantuan Pangan non tunai,dilaksanakan di ruang pertemuan lantai III Mall Pelayanan Publik Kota Tomohon, Selasa (27/8/19).
Bantuan sosial non tunai ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi beban pengeluaran keluarga penerima manfaat, melalui pemberian beras kualitas medium kepada keluarga penerima manfaat dengan jumlah 10 kilogram setiap bulannya tanpa dikenakan harga atau biaya tebus.
Dalam sambutan Walikota Tomohon Jimmy Fidie Eman SE,Ak,CA,yang dibacakan Sekretaris Daerah Kota Tomohon Ir. Harold V. Lolowang, M.Sc mengatakan bahwa Pemerintah Kota Tomohon mengapresiasi dengan adanya bantuan sosial beras sejahtera yang telah bertransformasi menjadi bantuan pangan non tunai.
“Adapun Sasaran dari penerima bantuan ini adalah keluarga miskin yang mempunyai keadaan sosial ekonomi di angka 25% terendah di wilayah tempat tinggalnya,” ujar Sekot Tomohon.
Dihadiri Pimpinan Wilayah Perum Bulog Sulawesi Utara dan Gorontalo Sopran Kennedy,mewakili Pimpinan BRI Cabang Tondano Bertoni, Kepala Dinas Sosial Daerah Kota Tomohon dr. John Lumopa, M.Kes dan para Agen Elektronik-Warung, BRI-Link. (Oma)
