Manado – Pemerintah Kota Manado melalui Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi (Kominfo) terus melakukan inovasi dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada warga Kota Manado. Buktinya, pelayanan darurat call centre 112 saat ini telah disiapkan berbasis android.
Kepala Dinas Kominfo Manado, Erwin Kontu SH, menjelaskan Call Centre 112 yang sudah dua tahun digunakan dan telah meraih beberapa penghargaan kini disiapkan berbasis android.
“Bulan depan kami akan melakukan Iaunching Call Centre 112 berbasis android,” ujar Erwin.
Menurut Erwin, Kominfo melakukan transformasi dengan melakukan pengembangan mobile aplikasi berbasis android. Aplikasi ini juga mempermudah masyarakat agar tetap mudah untuk melakukan pelaporan masalah darurat yang terjadi di kota Manado.
“Pengembangan terus dilakukan dalam upaya menuju dan menjadikan Manado Smart City,” jelasnya.
Kepala Dinas Kominfo ini meminta agar masyarakat benar-benar memanfaatkan dan menggunakan layanan Call Centre 112 ini dengan baik.
“Melalui Call Centre 112, masyarakat dapat menyampaikan keluhan atau masukan perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di kota Manado,” pungkas Erwin. (*)
