Manado – Untuk memastikan bantuan sosial Pemerintah Kota Manado kepada masyarakat akibat terdampak virus Covid-19, hari ini Kamis (23/4/2020), DPRD Kota Manado Manado melakukan pemantauan secara langsung sampai di mana kesiapan Dinas Sosial Kota Manado dalam menyiapkan bantuan.
DPRD Kota Manado membidangi kesejahteraan rakyat yang turun memantau, Ketua Komisi IV Lilly Walandha bersama Sekretaris Yanti Kumendong, dan para anggota di antaranya Sony Lela, Bambang Hermawan, Franseska Kolanus dan Rosalita Manday .
Ketua Komisi IV, Lilly Walandha bersama tim didampingi Kepala Dinas Sosial Kota Manado, Sammy Kaawoan.
Dinas Sosial Kota Manado menggunakan gedung Youth Centre untuk menyiapkan paket bantuan untuk masyarakat Kota Manado.
Dari hasil pantauan di ketahui setiap kepala keluarga akan mendapat Beras 10kg, mie instan 10 bungkus, ikan tuna 10 kaleng, gula 2 kilogram dan 3 bungus kopi .
Dinas Sosial Kota Manadosudah selesai melaksanakan pengepakan dan siap membagikan bantuan kepada masyarakat, proses pembagiannya dilakukan melalui rumah ke rumah warga dan akan disalurkan langsung oleh kepala lingkungan serta dibantu oleh TNI juga Polri.
Ketua Komisi IV mengharapkan serta menghimbau kepada masyarakat Kota Manado untuk dapat bersabar karena bantuan tersebut akan segera di salurkan, “ bantuan Pemerintah akan segera di salurkan pada hari Jumat (24/4/20) besok, ungkap Lily Walandha. (Liputan Khusus)
