Manado – Tim Opsnal Unit V Ranmor Polresta Manado bersama Tim Opsnal Polsek Sario berhasil meringkus tiga pelaku pembobolan mesin anjungan tunai mandiri (ATM). Ketiga pelaku yakni RM alias Roknel (31), GW alias Glen (29) yang keduanya warga Kelurahan Sumompo Kecamatan Tuminting dan WP alias Winly (28) warga Perum Viola Watutumou Kecamatan Aermadidi Kabupaten Minahasa Utara (Minut). Mereka diringkus di dua lokasi yang berbeda, Kamis (7/11) lalu.
Kapolresta Manado Kombes Pol Benny Bawensel SIK, ketika menggelar konfrensi pers di Loby Bharadaksa, Senin (11/11) siang tadi mengatakan, kejadian berawal pada Rabu (30/10) lalu. Dimana, pelaku Roknel selaku petugas Monitoring meminta kunci induk mesin ATM kepada pelaku Winly yang merupakan teknisi diperusahaan yang sama.
Lalu pelaku Roknel memanggil temannya yakni pelaku Glen dan mereka menyewa mobil Avanza. Kemudian pelaku Roknel dan pelaku Glen pergi ke ATM yang berada di Kecamatan Mapanget dan membobol mesin ATM dengan kunci pembuka. Usai mengambil uang di mesin ATM, kedua pelaku mengembalikan kunci yang dipinjam dari pelaki Winly yang saat itu sedang memperbaiki mesin ATM di wilayah Aermadidi.
Kemudian keesokan harinya pelaku Winly mendatangi kediaman pelaku Roknel guna mengambil bagian nya yang berjumlah sekitar Rp 60.000.000. Sementara pelaku Glen menerima bagian sebesar Rp. 50.000.000. dan sisanya di pegang oleh pelaku Roknel. Akibat perbuatan mereka, pihak perusahaan SSi yang merupakan pihak ke dua dalam hal pengisian ATM menderita kerugian sekitar Rp 190.900.000.
Berdasarkan laporan tersebut, Tim Opsnal Polsek Sario berkolaborasi dengan Tim Opsnal Unit V Ranmor Polresta Manado, yang dipimpin Aipda Denny Roinwowan langsung begerak mencari keberadaan pelaku. Alhasil, pelaku Winly dan pelaku Roknel berhasil diringkus saat sedang berada tempat kerja mereka. Sementara pelaku Glen berhasil diringkus di salah satu Cafe yang berada di Kawasan Mega Mas.
“Dari penangkapan ketiga pelaku, berhasil disita sejumlah uang tunai yang merupakan hasil dari perbuatan pidana ketiganya sejumlah Rp 129.000.000. Dan menurut pengakuan dari ketiganya bahwa sebagian dari uang hasil curian sudah di gunakan untuk berfoya foya. Sementara untuk ketiga pelaku akan dijerat dengan pasal 363 KUHP,” Jelas Bawensel.
