Sulut – Berkat kerja keras Tim Medis RSUP Prof Dr RD Kandou Manado dan doa masyarakat Sulawesi Utara, akhirnya 1 Pasien Covid-19 kasus 58, yang pada awalnya terkonfirmasi positif, kini telah dinyatakan NEGATIF Covid-19 dan diperbolehkan keluar dari ruang Isolasi RSUP Prof Dr RD Kandou Manado dan mendapat perawatan lanjutan di luar.
Juru Bicara Satgas Covid-19 dr Steaven Dandel MPH mengatakan, hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium tahap ketiga pasien usia 51 tahun asal Bailang, Kecamatan Bunaken, Manado Sulawesi Utara dinyatakan sudah NEGATIF Covid-19.
“Pasien tersebut sudah dua kali berturut-turut, hasil pemeriksaannya NEGATIF. Test kedua, Rabu (11/3) yang diterima Minggu (15/3 dan test ketiga yang diterima Kamis (26/3) juga NEGATIF, sehingga hasil test tersebut menjadi dasar bahwa pasien kasus 58 ini, dinyatakan sembuh dan bisa dirawat lanjut,” kata Jubir Satgas Covid-19 Sulut saat jumpa pers, Kamis (26/03/2020) malam.
Menurut Dandel, Covid-19 bisa sembuh atau hilang dari tubuh pasien dengan asupan gizi berimbang, perawatan baik, dan istirahat cukup.
Akan tetapi, tambah Dandel, pasien ini masih menjalani perawatan intensif untuk diatasi kondisi kormobid atau penyakit penyerta yang sebelumnya sudah diderita pasien kasus 58, yakni penyakit gagal ginjal, diabetes, dan hipertensi yang cukup serius.
Sementara dua kali hasil pemeriksaan terhadap istri dari pasien kasus 58 ini pun, dinyatakan NEGATIF Covid-19.
Sehingga, kata Dandel, tiga pasien dengan status Pasien Dalam Pengawasan (PDP) juga telah dipulangkan.
“Ketiga PDP ini, waktu lalu sudah dinyatakan NEGATIF Covid-19. Jadi sudah dipulangkan, sehingga status saat ini, terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19, tinggal satu pasien. Sedangkan PDP tinggal 12 orang, dari sebelumnya 15 orang, sedangkan ODP masih 471 orang,” terang Dandel. (***)
