Manado – Akses jalan menuju Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kota Manado akan semakin baik. Sebab, saat ini Dinas PUPR Manado sedang menggenjot proyek peningkatan jalan Tololiu-Supit dengan struktur bangunan jalan Hotmix Asphalt Pavement.
Kepala Dinas PUPR Manado Peter Bart Assa mengatakan proyek tersebut dilaksanakan untuk mewujudkan program terpadu Wali Kota Manado Vicky Lumentut dan Wakil Wali Kota Mor Bastiaan.
“Akses transportasi dan RSUD yang tujuannya untuk menjadikan jalan tersebut sebagai jalan gerbang kota menuju RSUD Kota Manado,” ujar Assa, Selasa (26/11/2019) lalu.
Proyek tersebut, lanjut dia, bisa juga mengatasi sejumlah persoalan krusial, seperti meminimalisasi kerawanan kecelakaan hingga masuk jurang di kawasan tersebut.
Diketahui panjang jalan yang ditingkatkan tersebut adalah 450 meter dengan lebar 12 meter, dan lebar aspal 8 meter. Adapun anggaran yang digunakan adalah senilai Rp 11,1 miliar dan ditargetkan selesai Desember 2019. (***)
