Tomohon – Pembukaan pelatihan dasar CPNS golongan II angkatan I Pemerintah Kota Tomohon, bekerja sama dengan Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara Tahun 2020. Dilaksanakan di Aula Home Stay Walian Tomohon, Senin (3/2/2020).
Untuk kepesertaan angkatan kali ini berjumlah 51 orang, dengan perincian laki-laki 18 orang, perempuan 33 orang. Berdasarkan formasi tenaga kesehatan 37 orang dan tenaga teknis 14 orang.
Kegiatan dibuka oleh Plt Kaban Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Provinsi Sulut Dr Paulus Tamaka MSi. Ditandai dengan pengalungan tanda peserta.
Kepala BKPSDM (Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia) Daerah Kota Tomohon Josias Makalew SPt mengatakan tujuan kegiatan ini untuk membentuk sikap, perilaku dan kompetensi pada CPNS yang akan berperan dan melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi kepemerintahan di Perangkat Daerah masing-masing. Sedangkan sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah terwujudnya CPNS yang memiliki sikap, perilaku dan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan persyaratan pelatihan dasar.
Walikota Tomohon Jimmy F Eman SE Ak CA melalui Asisten Administrasi Umum Drs O D S Mandagi mengatakan kehadiran CPNS di jajaran Birokrasi diharapkan mampu memperkuat dan meningkatkan kinerja Pemerintah Kota Tomohon secara umum dan secara khusus mampu membantu menyelesaikan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang menjadi kewajiban setiap Perangkat Daerah dalam melaksanakan program-program yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah.
“Karya, pengabdian, integritas dan loyalitas para peserta pelatihan saat ini tentu sangat dinantikan oleh Pemerintah Kota Tomohon melalui kekompakan, kerja keras, kerja cerdas, dan kerja tuntas untuk semakin mewujudkan Tomohon tangguh, Sulut hebat dan Indonesia hebat” kata Mandagi.
