Bone Bolango-Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) Cabang Bone Bolango melayangkan kritikan tajam terhadap proses pengadaan 1.000 ekor sapi oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Bone Bolango. HMI mendesak Bupati Bone Bolango agar mengusut tuntas proses pengadaan tersebut guna mengantisipasi potensi penyimpangan anggaran.
Desakan ini disampaikan langsung oleh Ketua Umum HMI Cabang Bone Bolango, Rolan Abdullah, menyusul pertanyaan pihak eksekutif yang menyebutkan bahwa ribuaan ekor ternak tersebut saat ini masih berada di Kwandang, Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara, dengan alasan menunggu kelengkapan dokumen administrasi.
Menurut Rolan, alasan administrasi yang berlarut-larut di tingkat Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) pasca pembayaran dan pengiriman sapi menimbulkan tanda tanya besar di tengah masyarakat.
“Dokumen sapi yang masih belum jelas di Kwandang ini patut dipertanyakan. Jangan sampai alasan birokrasi dan administrasi hanya dijadikan kedok untuk menutupi potensi kerugian negara atau celah korupsi dalam proyek pengadaan berskala besar ini.” Ujar Rolan pada Wartawan, Selasa (11/08/26).
HMI Cabang Bone Bolango mendesak agara Pemkab Kabupaten Bone Bolango bersikap transparan, mulai dari membuka data perusahan penyedia hingga rincian penggunaan anggaran dari APBD. Pihaknya menegaskan akan terus mengawal persoalan ini agar hak-hak masyarakat peternak tidak dikorbankan di tengah ketidakjelasan birokrasi. *
