Jakarta – Wakil Walikota Tomohon Syerly Adelyn Sompotan menghadiri acara Rapat Kerja Nasional Forum Wakil Kepala Daerah , wakil bupati dan wakil walikota se indonesia di rangkaikan dengan silahturahmi,bertempat di Hotel Novotel Mangga Dua Square, Jakarta Selasa (28/5/19).
Acara ini dibuka secara resmi oleh Ketua Umum Forum Wakil Kepala Daerah (Forwakada) Robby Nahkiansyah Beliau juga sebagai Wakil Bupati Jabung Timur Provinsi Jambi, dengan Moderator yaitu Sigit Purnono (lebih dikenal yaitu Pasha Ungu) beliau juga adalah Wakil Walikota Palu dan juga mengemban tugas di Forwakada sebagai Sekretaris Umum.
Kegiatan ini di hadiri oleh sekitar 250 Wakada Seluruh Indonesia,untuk membicarakan hal – hal penting terkait kontribusi para Wakil Kepala Daerah terhadap daerah masing – masing serta Indonesia secara umum.
“Ini merupakan kegiatan yang telah lama dijadwalkan dan alhamdullilah bisa terlaksana,” ujar Nahkiansyah.
Nahkiansyah juga menambahkan bahwa dalam waktu dekat ini akan mengadakan Audiens dengan beberapa Kementerian dan lembaga untuk sosialisasi Forum ini. Hal penting karena sudah disepakati oleh semua Wakil Kepala Daerah yang hadir yaitu mengucapakan selamat atas terpilihnya Presiden dan Wakil Presiden Republik Indonesia yaitu Ir. Joko Widodo dan KH.Ma’aruf Amin.
Para Wakil Kepala Daerah dengan latar belakang Partai Politik yang berbeda serta pilihan politik yang berbeda pula pada saat Pilpres, namun kedewasaan dalam berpolitik yang Konstitusional.

Devi Suhartoni/Wakil Bupati Musi Rawas Utara – Sumatera Selatan, di depan ratusan wakil kepala daerah mengatakan bahwa Kami para Wakil Kepala Daerah memberi selamat kepada Presiden dan Wakil Presiden terpilih sesuai ketetapan KPU-RI. Serta mengucapkan Selamat Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1440 H. Untuk semua yang akan merayakan dalam waktu dekat ini.
Wakil Walikota Tomohon Syerly Adelin Sompotan kepada sejumlah wartawan mengatakan bahwa keikutsertaan pada kegiatan ini adalah bagian penting dan strategis guna meningkatkan kontribusi wakil walikota, menambah wawasan yang luas dalam pengawasan pelaksanaan pembangunan,pemerintahan dan kemasyarakatan di Kota Tomohon.(Oma)
