Bertempat di Gedung Serbaguna (GOR) Rambate Rata Raya Kabupaten Asahan
Bimbingan dan arahan Bupati Asahan yang di sampaikan melalui Sekda kab. Asahan Drs. John Hardi Nasution, M.Si menyampaikan pada hakikatnya kegiatan Tabligh Akbar merupakan upaya untuk membangun komunikasi dalam rangka silaturahim, membangun persatuan ummat untuk melakukan komunikasi spiritual dan sosial antar sesama sehingga tujuan agama dan tujuan sosial dapat tercapai.
Jhon mengapresiasi seluruh panitia dan kluarga besar PC Nahdlatul Ulama Kabupaten Asahan yang telah ikut berpartisipasi dalam melaksanakan Tabligh Akbar ini.
Jhon juga mengajak kepada semua yang hadir untuk membanguj kerjasama dan hubungan yang harmonis antara Pemerintah dan Masyarakat, agar masyarakat dapat menikmati pembangunan yang di fasilitasi Pemerintah dan Pemerintah mampu melayani masyarakat secara maksimal
Selanjutnya marilah kita dengarkan tausiyah yang akan di sampaikan Al-Mukarrom Habib Sholeh Al Jufri dari Solo Jawa Tengah, semoga yang hadir di dalam ini dapat menambah ilmu pengetahuan kita.
