Mobil Pengangkut ribuan Liter BBM saat di amankan
Amurang – Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Sat Reskrim) Polres Minahasa Selatan berhasil mengamankan ribuan liter Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) jenis Premium dan Pertalite, dalam kegiatan operasi yang dilakukan oleh Unit Tipiter, Jumat (31/1/2020).
Ribuan BBM ini diangkut menggunakan dua kendaraan Pick Up jenis Daihatsu Gran Max, masing-masing bernomor polisi DB 8862 EG dan DB 8461 FE.
Personel unit Tipiter (Tindak Pidana Tertentu) Sat Reskrim Polres Minsel yang awalnya sedang melaksanakan kegiatan patroli di Jalan Trans Sulawesi, Amurang, memantau pergerakan mencurigakan dari mobil pick up Gran Max DB 8862 EG.
“Sempat terjadi aksi kejar-kejaran, namun pada saat berada di Jalan Trans Sulawesi, Kelurahan Pondang, tepatnya di depan Mapolres Minsel, kendaraan pick up Gran Max DB 8862 EG berhasil kami hentikan. Dari hasil pemeriksaan, ditemukan dalam kendaraan tersebut 61 galon berisi BBM premium, yang setelah ditelusuri tidak memiliki ijin pengangkutannya,” terang Kasat Reskrim AKP Rio Gumara, SIK.
Tak berselang lama, anggota Unit Tipiter kembali menghentikan kendaraan Pick Up Daihatsu Gran Max DB 8461 FE, yang setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan ditemukan 33 galon isi Premium dan 1 galon isi Pertalite.
“Total barang bukti yang diamankan ada 95 galon, dengan rincian 94 galon berisi Premium dan 1 galon isi Pertalite. Untuk rincian jenis BBM yaitu 2.907 liter Premium dan 34 liter Pertalite,” terang AKP Rio.
Untuk tersangka yang diamankan 5 orang yaitu FM alias Farry (44), warga Kecamatan Tenga, NS alias Nontje (42), warga Kecamatan Tenga, JM alias Jemris (26), DT alias Deivan (20, dan KP alias Kevin (20).
“Tersangka ada lima orang, berasal dari Kecamatan Tenga, Kecamatan Ranoyapo dan Kecamatan Touluaan Selatan. Pasal yang dipersangkakan yakni pasal 53 huruf b dan d Undang-undang nomor 21 tahun 2001 tentang pengangkutan dan niaga tanpa izin,” pungkas AKP Rio. (*/QQ)
