Tomohon,- Kapolres Tomohon, AKBP Nur Kholis, meminta, seluruh elemen masyarakat Kota Tomohon untuk menerima apapun putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK), terkait sengketa Pilkada 2024.
Hal itu diminta Nur Kholis, jelang sidang putusan gugur, atau tidaknya suatu perkara atau putusan dismissal, sengketa Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) pada Tanggal 4 dan 5 Februari 2025.
Untuk sidang perkara Nomor 23/PHPU.WAKO-XXIII/2025 terkait Pemilihan Walikota dan Wakil Walikota Tomohon, akan digelar MK besok, Pukul 09.00 Wita.
“Kami mengimbau, kepada semua pihak untuk menerima keputusan yang nantinya dibacakan MK besok,” pintanya.
Selanjutnya, Nur Kholis mengatakan jika masyarakat Kota Tomohon cukup cerdas dalam menyikapi perkara pemilu yang bergulir di MK.
“Saya rasa warga Tomohon mampu memahami situasi ini. Keputusan nanti berkekuatan hukum. Pastinya yang terbaik untuk kemajuan Tomohon,” ucap Nur.
Ia berharap, semua pihak untuk menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat (Kamtibmas).
“Mari bersama-sama jaga Kamtibmas supaya kita beraktivitas dengan nyaman,” ajak Kapolres Tomohon yang baru itu.
Meski demikian, Nur Kholis menegaskan, pihaknya akan mengambil tindakan tegas jika ada oknum-oknum yang mengganggu Kamtibmas.
“Jangan coba-coba untuk mengganggu keamanan di Kota Tomohon. Kami pasti akan mengambil tindakan sesuai aturan hukum,” tandasnya.
Sementara, Kepala Seksi (Kasi) Humas Polres Tomohon AKP Bambang Djokololono, meminta kepada masyarakat Kota Tomohon untuk memberikan informasi jika terjadi gangguan Kamtibmas.
“Kalau ada gangguan keamanan, mohon untuk memberikan informasi ke Polres Tomohon. Kami pasti akan merespon setiap laporan,” singkatnya. (*/RED)
