Manado – Tingginya intensitas kendaraan di jam-jam sibuk di beberapa ruas jalan di Kota Manado menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya kemacetan.
Untuk Mengantisipasi hal tersebut, Dinas Perhubungan Kota Manado telah menempatkan petugas untuk memantau serta mengurai kemacetan yang terjadi di beberapa titik rawan kemacetan di Kota Manado.
“Kami telah menginstruksikan agar petugas Dishub untuk selalu standby di titik rawan kemacetan tersebut. Disamping bisa mengatur arus lalu lintas, petugas tersebut sekaligus membersihkan parker liar yang juga menjadi penyebab terjadinya kemacetan,” jelas Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Kota Manado Michael Tandirerung.
Dijelaskan Tandirerung, ada beberapa titik rawan kemacetan di Kota Manado pada jam-jam tertentu.
“Kami akan terus memantau arus lalu lintas di tempat-tempat tersebut serta menempatkan beberapa petugas Dishub yang akan membantu polisi lalu lintas dalam mengurai kemacetan,” pungkas Tandirerung.
