Sulut – Jelang dibukanya kembali pusat perbelanjaan atau mal (non-food/pangan), Gubernur Sulawesi Utara Olly Dondokambey bersama jajaran Forkopimda meninjau Iangsung Manado Town Square, Kamis (25/6/2020).
Peninjauan tersebut dilakukan guna memastikan kesiapan mal di Manado menerapkan protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19 yang diatur lewat Peraturan Gubernur Sulut Nomor 40 tahun 2020 tentang Pedoman Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru Menuju Masyarakat Produktif dan Aman Covid-19 (AKB M2PA Covid-19) yang mulai berlaku pada Selasa pekan ini.
Seperti diketahui, dalam masa transisi menuju masyarakat aman, sehat, dan produktif, kegiatan sosial-ekonomi dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan protokol kesehatan seperti menggunakan masker, physical distancing dan mencuci tangan dengan sabun.
Pada kesempatan itu, Gubernur Olly bersama rombongan berkeliling mal melihat kesiapan sarana penunjang protokol kesehatan baik tempat cuci tangan, hand santizer hingga mengecek tenant sambil memastikan kesesuaian prosedur menerapkan protokol kesehatan.
Usai meninjau mal, Olly mengapresiasi kesiapan pengelola mal menerapkan protokol kesehatan di fase new normal. Tambah dia aturan tersebut berlaku di seluruh kabupaten dan kota di Sulut.
“Kami mempersiapkan seluruh pelaku ekonomi yang ada di Sulut agar supaya masyarakat bisa melakukan kegiatan ekonominya seperti semula tetapi mengikuti prosedur standar Covid-19 itu intinya. Kalau saya lihat kalau protapnya seperti ini ada jaga jarak, kita harus semua pake masker saya kira pasti tidak ada masalah, ini akan nanti dikoordinasikan dengan seluruh kabupaten/kota untuk disosialisasikan,” kata Gubernur Olly.
