Minahasa-Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa DR Lynda Deisye Watania,memimpin rapat ke dua, untuk mematangkan persiapan HUT Peringatan Proklamasi Kemerdekaan RI Ke-78 Tahun 2023. Bertempat diruang Sidang Kantor Bupati, Senin (31/7/2023).
Rapat Pembahasan Persiapan HUT Kemerdekaan RI Ke 78 antara lain pengukuhan Paskibraka, mengikuti pidato Kenegaraan dan pidato penyampaian RUU APBN.
Selain itu, juga dibahas terkait kirab/pawai obor, apel kehormatan dan renungan suci, upacara pemberian remisi, upacara peringatan detik-detik proklamasi, upacara ziarah, upacara penurunan bendera, dan resepsi kenegaraan.
Dalam pelaksanaan upacara bendera akan dilaksanakan di lapangan Manguni Sasaran. Sedangkan Renungan Suci dan ziarah akan berlangsung di Taman Makam Pahlawan Dr. Sam Ratulangi.
