Tahuna-Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe menerima bantuan sektor perkebunan dari Kementerian Pertanian Republik Indonesia (Kementan RI) Penyerahan bantuan secara simbolis berlangsung di Kompleks Pelabuhan Tahuna, Jumat (11/09/2026).
Bantuan diserahkan oleh Ketua Kelompok Substansi Tanaman Rempah Direktorat Jenderal Perkebunan Kementan RI, Adi Cahyono, S.E., M.Sc., dan diterima langsung oleh Bupati Kepulauan Sangihe, Michael Tungari, S.E., M.M., bersama Wakil bupati Tendris Bulahari untuk diteruskan kepada kelompok tani penerima Manfaat dan disaksikan oleh jajaran Forum Koordinasi Pimpinan Daerah (Forkopimda).
Sebanyak 94 kelompok tani penerima bantuan yang mencakup total 1.185 petani penerima manfaat. Program ini difokuskan dan diarahkan pada pengembangan komoditas unggulan rempah serta penguatan ketahanan pangan daerah yang terdiri dari Perluasan tanaman pala seluas 600 hektare untuk 45 kelompok tani, Peremajaan Tanaman Pala seluas 300 hektare untuk 19 kelompok tani, Rehabilitasi Tanaman Pala seluas 200 hektare untuk 20 kelompok tani dan Penataan Tanaman Sagu seluas 200 hektare untuk 10 kelompok tani
Bupati Kepulauan Sangihe Michael Tungari bersama jajaran pemerintah daerah menyambut baik program bantuan ini sebagai bentuk kepedulian dan dukungan pemerintah pusat di sektor perkebunan.
Bupati menyebutakan dimana bantuan ini sangat penting dalam mengembangkan sektor perkebunan sekaligus perkuat komoditas unggulan kabupaten Sangihe.
“Bantuan ini menjadi bagian penting dalam mendorong pengembangan sektor perkebunan sekaligus memperkuat komoditas unggulan daerah,” sebut Bupati.
Turut hadir dalam penyerahan bantuan tersebut, Forkopimda, pimpinan OPD, para Camat, penyuluh pertanian dan perwakilan kelompok tani serta undangan lainnya. (Yoss)
