Manado – Besaran Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) dan Upah Minimum Sektoral Provinsi (UMSP) Sulut untuk Tahun 2025 telah ditetapkan. Rabu (11/12/ 2024) bertempat di Ruang Tumbelaka Kantor Gubernur, Pemerintah Provinsi akhirnya mengumumkan Kisaran Nominal Upah Para Pekerja yang ada di Bumi Nyiur Melambai.
Gubernur Sulawesi Utara Olly Dondokambey, melalui Asisten III Setdaprov Sulut Fransiscus Manumpil, didampingi Kadis Nakertrans Rahel Rotinsulu, menyampaikan UMP Sulut Rp.3.775.425.
Sementara kali pertama UMSP di Sulut untuk dua Sektoral (Pertambangan dan Energi) ditetapkan Rp. 3.869.811, ini mengacu pada Permenaker 16 Tahun 2024, dan tertuang dalam Surat Kepurusan Gubernur Sulut No 685 tahun 2024.
Adapun untuk UMP dan UMSP ini adalah yang telah disepakati bersama dengan Dewan Pengupahan, yakni terdiri dari Unsur Pemerintah, Organisasi Pengusaha, Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh, Akademisi dan Pakar.
Dan diketahui Penetapan ini menggunakan Formula penghitungan sendiri yaitu Upah minimum tahun berjalan dengan penjumlahan tingkat inflasi nasional tahun berjalan dan tingkat pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Bruto. (Jm)
