Minahasa – Tahun 2021 Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) atau Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dilingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa dipastikan akan meyesuaikan mengenai Jabatan Struktural Eselon III dan IV yang nantinya menjadi fungsional.
Hal tersebut sesuai ketentuan Peraturan Menteri Pemberdayaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Menpan-RB) Nomor 28 Tahun 2019 tentang Penyetaraan Jabatan Administrasi Ke Dalam Jabatan Fungsional.
Kepala Dinas Koperasi Kabupaten Minahasa Moudy Lontaan, S.Sos mengatakan seluruh staf pegawai Koperasi mempunyai keahlian dan kompetensi dalam menjalankan tugas sehingga pelayananpun akan lebih cepat, tangkas dan responsif memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja mencapai angka kredit melalui peningkatan kompetensi dan prestasi.
“Kendati kapan pelaksanaannya ada baiknya kita sudah siap dalam menjalankan program tersebut Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) pada tahun 2019 lalu telah menerbitkan Peraturan Menteri PAN-RB .” Ujar Lontaan, Jumat (23/04/2021).
“Pengalihan jabatan struktural eselon III dan eselon IV melalui mekanisme penyetaraan ke dalam jabatan fungsional tidak mengurangi pendapatan pegawai.” Tambah Lontaan. (Ronny)
