Minsel-Bupati Minahasa Selatan (Minsel) Franky Donny Wongkar, SH, Sabtu (30/08/2025) menyaksikan kegiatan Cabor Sepak Bola dalam rangka Pekan Olahraga Kabupaten (PORKAB) III Minahasa Selatan Tahun 2025, bertempat di Lapangan Bola Desa Lopana Satu Kecamatan Amurang Timur.
Kegiatan kali ini mengusung Tema “Bersama Cetak Prestasi Olahraga Menuju Minahasa Selatan Semakin Maju, Sejahtera Dan Berkelanjutan”, akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 s.d 30 Agustus 2025, yang diikuti oleh perutusan dari Kotingen 17 Kecamatan se-Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan.
Hadir dalam kegiatan ini Kapolres Minahasa Selatan AKBP David Candra Babega, SIK., MH., bersama Jajaran, Sekretaris KONI Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan Drs. Samuel Patyylima, M.Pd., bersama Pengurus, Ketua Umum Panitia Pelaksana PORKAB III Minahasa Selatan Tahun 2025 Fransye Hendra Pandeynuwu, SE., MM., CGCAE., CGRA, yang juga adalah Inspektur Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan para Wasit, Ofisial, dan para Atlit.
Bupati Minahasa Selatan didampingi oleh Inspektur Daerah, Kepala Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga, Kepala Sat Pol PP, Camat Amurang Timur, Plt. Camat Amurang Barat, Hukum Tua Desa Lopana Satu dan Lurah Kawangkoan Bawah. *
