MINSEL – Tiga pasangan calon Bupati/Wakil Bupati Minahasa Selatan (Minsel) peserta Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) tahun 2020, diimbau agar tetap konsisten mematuhi protokol kesehatan, sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (PKPU) nomor 13 Tahun 2020 serta Maklumat Kapolri nomor MAK/3/IX/2020.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Kapolres Minahasa Selatan AKBP Norman Sitindaon SIK, saat ditemui usai memimpin rapat Analisa dan Evaluasi (Anev) Ops Mantap Praja, Jumat (02/10).
Dikatakan Kapolres, saat tahapan penetapan dan pengundian nomor urut di kantor KPU Minsel beberapa hari lalu, para Paslon Bupati/Wakil Bupati Minsel sepakat menyatakan akan mematuhi protokol kesehatan serta telah dibacakan dan diserahkan juga Maklumat Kapolri nomor MAK/3/IX/2020 tentang Kepatuhan Terhadap Protokol Kesehatan Dalam Pelaksanaan Pemilihan tahun 2020.
“Hal ini kiranya menjadi tanggungjawab moral para pasangan calon, pihak penyelenggara Pilkada serta masyarakat pada umumnya untuk sama-sama sadar, peduli serta berkomitmen dan konsisten mematuhi protokol kesehatan,” ungkap Kapolres.
Kedepannya, Polres Minsel dan TNI bersama pihak KPU serta Bawaslu Minsel akan terus berkoordinasi dalam upaya pendisiplinan Protokol Kesehatan, khususnya pada momen Pilkada ini yang sangat rentan berpotensi terjadinya penularan Covid-19.
“Maklumat Kapolri telah disosialisasikan secara massif di seluruh wilayah hukum Polres Minsel, melalui pemasangan baliho, spanduk, stiker, pamplet serta media pemberitaan cetak, radio, online. Mari, kami mengajak seluruh lapisan masyarakat untuk sama-sama patuh akan protokol kesehatan, hindari kerumunan, arak-arakan, konvoi massa, tetap pakai masker; semuanya peduli untuk kemanusiaan,” tambah Kapolres.
