Amurang – Menanggapi persoalan eks pasar Tumpaan yang saat ini masih ramai melakukan aktifitas jual beli,sehingga mengabaikan anjuran dari pemerintah sesuai Peraturan Gubernur (Pergub) Nomor 8 Tahun 2020 tentang Optimalisasi Pencegahan Penyebaran (OPP) COVID-19,yang salah satu isinya bertujuan membatasi kegiatan tertentu dan pergerakan orang dan/atau barang dalam menekan penyebaran COVID-19, serta meningkatkan antisipasi perkembangan eskalasi penyebaran.
Maka Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa melalui Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja akan menindak lanjuti sambil berkoordinasi dengan aparat kepolisian dengan memberikan himbauan bahkan teguran keras bagi warga yang tidak mematuhinya.
Kepala Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan (Minsel) Henri Palit SH, kepada Media ini mengatakan pihaknya selaku penegak perda akan menindak lanjuti apa yang menjadi laporan dari masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa setempat, terkait aktifitas jual beli yang ramai di eks pasar Tumpaan. Apalagi eks pasar Tumpaan yang terletak di Tumpaan Raya kecamatan Tumpaan merupakan hak milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan sesuai surat putusan pengadilan Negeri Tondano Nomor 206/PDT.G/2008/PN.TDN. tanggal 8 Pebruari 2010.
“Jika kegiatan aktivitas jual beli di seputaran ex pasar lama masih ramai,sehingga dapat menyebabkan penyebaran virus corona (covid-19), kami akan tindak tegas sesuai aturan yang berlaku sambil berkoordinasi dengan pihak kepolisian.” Ujar Palit. Jumat (01/05/2020).
Palit mengajak masyarakat untuk melawan covid-19 dengan menerapkan social distancing dan physical distancing atau jaga jarak untuk mencegah penyebaran corona virus atau Covid-19, dengan menjaga pola hidup bersih dan sehat.
“Mari kita saling menjaga, semoga covid 19 segera teratasi sehingga aktifitas masyarakat berjalan seperti biasa, tak lupa harus sering berdo’a,” Ucap Palit. (QQ)
