Manado – Niat baik Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Manado dengan memberikan bantuan bagi warga kota terdampak pandemi Covid-19, harus pula memperhatikan protokol kesehatan yang ditetapkan World Health Organization (WHO) dan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia.
Dimana, warga diimbau untuk menghindari kerumunan serta menerapkan social distancing dan physical distancing untuk menghindari terjadinya kontak fisik warga guna mencegah penyebaran virus Corona.
Namun, saat mengurus persyaratan penerima bantuan yang diminta memasukan foto copy Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) dan Kartu Keluarga (KK), terlihat warga berkerumun mendatangi beberapa tempat foto copy dan kantor Lurah di Manado.
“Pemberian bantuan atas dampak penyebaran virus Corona ini adalah sebuah kebijakan yang bagus. Minimal meringankan beban hidup masyarakat. Tentu saja, pada persoalan teknis misalnya teknis pengumpulan KTP/KK. Akhirnya orang berkerumun di tempat foto copy dan di kantor lurah. Imbauan social distancing justru dilanggar,”ujar Sekretaris Komisi II DPRD Kota Manado Syarifudin Saafa,ST,MM,Kamis (02/04/2020).
Saafa mengusulkan agar Pemkot Manado menggunakan teknologi digital yang ada dalam melakukan pendataan. Berkas persyaratan seperti KTP dan KK dikirim warga kota melalui internet.
“Alangkah bagusnya digunakan teknologi saja yakni di foto scan KTP atau KK kemudian dikirim. Atau kepala lingkungan dan dibantu beberapa petugas datang menyambangi rumah sekitar mereka bertugas. Pemerintah wajib memperhatikan hal ini agar dalam mencari solusi tidak menimbulkan masalah baru,”pungkas Saafa.(JM)
