Gorontalo – Pemerintah Kota Gorontalo mendorong peran serta masyarakat untuk mensukseskan Gerakan Vaksinasi Merdeka melalui Tempat Vaksinasi Serentak (TVS) yaitu gerakan terstruktur, sistematis dan masif dalam melakukan vaksinasi Covid-19 di seluruh kelurahan yang bertujuan untuk percepatan vaksinasi Covid-19 menuju herd immunity atau kekebalan kelompok masyarakat.
Hal itu di katakan Wakil Walikota Gorontalo Ryan F Kono, di ruang kerjanya, Senin (30/08/2021) saat memaparkan progres report pelaksnaaan vaksinasi covid-19 pada rapat bersama Forkopimda Provinsi Gorontalo yang dipimpin Gubernur Rusli Habibie secara Virtual.
Di jelaskan Wakil Walikota, Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Gorontalo bersama Forkopimda dan seluruh stake holder, melaksanakan sosialisasi yang lebih intens kepada masyarakat tentang manfaat pemberian vaksin Covid-19.
“Kamipun bekerja sama dengan TNI dan Polri untuk memenuhi ketersediaan tenaga medis dan vaksinator” kata Wakil Walikota.
Wakil Walikota menambahkan gerakan program TVS Pemkot Gorontalo mendapat apresiasi Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) sebagai upaya percepatan penanganan pandemi Covid 19.
“Apalagi program ini sudah dilengkapi dgn sasaran vaksinasi dan jadwal pelaksanaan sampai beberapa bulan kedepan”tukas Wakil Walikota. (*/Jono)
