MANADO – Walikota Manado, DR. Ir. G.S Vicky Lumentut, SH, M.Si, DEA, meminta para kepala lingkungan (pala) untuk membentuk Satgas Covid-19 di tingkat lingkungan. Demikian disampaikan Jubir Gugus Tugas Covid-19 Kota Manado drg. Sanil Marentek, dalam keterangan pers, Rabu (09/09/2020).
“Ini merupakan salah satu strategi baru dari Pak Walikota untuk mempercepat penanganan Covid-19 di Kota Manado. Beliau meminta para kepala lingkungan membentuk Gugus Tugas di lingkungan masing-masing,”kata Jubir Satgas Covid-19 di Kota Manado ini.
Jubir juga mengatakan, Walikota sudah mensosialisasikan strategi tersebut saat mengunjungi sejumlah kelurah di Kecamatan Mapanget pada Selasa (8/9) lalu.
“Beliau meminta para kepala lingkungan untuk lebih peduli, mengedukasi masyarakat untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan yaitu pakai masker, jaga jarak dan rajin cuci tangan dimulai dari lingkungan masing-masing,” tuturnya. (*/JM)
