SITARO-Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Siau Tagulandang Biaro (Sitaro) menggelar fit and proper test bagi 24 pejabat Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama (JPTP) di Media Center Kantor Bupati, Kamis (28/8/2025).
Bupati Chyntia Kalangit mengatakan, tahapan ini penting untuk mewujudkan tata kelola kepegawaian yang profesional dan berintegritas.
“Hasil tes ini akan menjadi dasar objektif dan transparan dalam penataan pejabat,” ujarnya.
Fit and proper test berlangsung dua tahap: penulisan makalah dan wawancara. Seleksi ini juga menjadi evaluasi sekaligus refleksi untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan profesionalitas ASN.
Sekda Sitaro sekaligus Ketua Panitia Seleksi, Denny D. Kondoj, menjelaskan, tes ini merupakan tindak lanjut aturan rotasi dan mutasi jabatan setelah enam bulan masa kerja kepala daerah definitif.
“Hasilnya menjadi acuan menempatkan pejabat sesuai kebutuhan perangkat daerah,” jelasnya.
Selain itu, seleksi ini membuka jalan pengisian lima posisi JPTP kosong yang saat ini dijabat pelaksana tugas (Plt) melalui mekanisme open bidding.
Peserta fit and proper test telah direkomendasikan Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN). Satu jabatan, yakni Inspektur Daerah, tidak ikut seleksi karena belum memenuhi masa jabatan minimal dua tahun.
Panitia seleksi dipimpin Sekda Sitaro, Denny D. Kondoj, dengan anggota antara lain Inspektur Provinsi Sulut Jemmy S. Kumendong, Clay J.H. Dondokambey, Praseno Hadi, dan Prof. Gideon Maru.
