Pelaku saat di amankan
Amurang – Sungguh bejat memang seorang lansia Lelaki JT alias Jefry (56), seorang petani warga Jaga III Desa Tawaang Barat, Kecamatan Tenga, Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan, diamankan polisi atas laporan perbuatan cabul terhadap anak gadis yang masih dibawah umur.
Kapolsek Tenga Iptu Ronald Mawuntu saat dikonfirmasi pada Kamis (20/02/2020), menjelaskan bahwa JT (Jefry) diamankan selaku tersangka dalam tindak pidana perbuatan cabul yang dilakukannya terhadap seorang siswi Sekolah Dasar, Melati (nama disamarkan), 7 tahun, warga Desa Tawaang Barat.
“JT alias Jefry, 56 tahun, warga Desa Tawaang Barat, telah kami amankan selaku tersangka kasus perbuatan cabul terhadap seorang siswi kelas 2 SD berusia 7 tahun, sebagaimana termuat dalam laporan polisi nomor LP/13/II/2020/SULUT/Sek-Tga, tertanggal 19 Februari 2020” ungkap Iptu Ronald.
Perbuatan cabul dilakukan tersangka dengan memasukan tangannya ke celana korban, memegang dan memasukan jarinya ke kemaluan korban.
“Perbuatan tersangka ini sudah ketiga kalinya dan ada saksi yang melihat langsung, memberitahukan kepada pihak orang tua yang melanjutkan laporan ini pada pihak kepolisian,” terang Kapolsek Tenga.
Tersangka diketahui sudah berpisah dengan istrinya dan pernah menjalani hukuman dalam kasus yang sama. “Korban telah dimintakan visum sedangkan untuk tersangka saat ini sudah diamankan untuk proses penyelidikan dan penyidikan,” pungkas Kapolsek. (*/QQ)
