Jakarta – Juru Bicara Pemerintah untuk Penanganan COVID-19 Achmad Yurianto meyakini pasien yang telah dinyatakan sembuh telah memiliki imunitas kekebalan terhadap virus Covid-19 dan tidak akan menularkan kembali.
“Kita bersyukur mereka yang sudah sembuh ini kondisinya bagus dan tidak perlu dikhawatirkan lagi untuk menularkan penyakit. Bahkan kita yakini yang 150 orang ini telah sembuh dan memiliki imunitas kekebalan terhadap virus COVID-19,” ujar Yuri dalam keterangannya di Media Center Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 di Graha Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB), Jakarta, seperti dilansir Esensinews.com,Sabtu (4/4/2020).
Dari data yang masuk ke tim Gugus Tugas, ada penambahan 16 pasien sembuh dari sebelumnya pada Jumat tercatat 134 yang telah dinyatakan sembuh. Total 150 pasien sembuh hingga Sabtu.
Ia meyakini bahwa pasien-pasien yang sembuh itu telah memiliki sistem kekebalan tubuh serta imunitas tinggi, sehingga tak akan menjadi subjek penular. (*)
