Manado – Pendam XIII/Mdk, Pangdam XIII/Merdeka Mayjen TNI Tiopan Aritonang membuka sosialisasi rehabilitasi terpadu Pusrehab Kemhan RI Wilayah Manado bertempat Grhadika Jayasakti, Manado, Rabu (21/8/2019).
Pangdam XIII/Mdk dalam sambutannya mengatakan bahwa Pusrehab Kemhan RI adalah penyelenggara rehabilitasi terpadu bagi Prajurit dan PNS TNI penyandang disabilitas, sekaligus merupakan wadah untuk memulihkan dan mengembangkan fisik, keterampilan, mental dan sosial agar para Prajurit dan PNS TNI penyandang disabilitas dapat lepas dari ketergantungan kepada orang lain, tumbuh percaya diri, dan melaksanakan fungsi sosial dalam masyarakat sesuai kemampuan, sehingga menjadi insan yang mandiri dan produktif.
Untuk itu, dalam sosialisasi ini nanti juga akan dijelaskan beberapa hal yang berkaitan dengan rencana program rehabilitasi bagi para Prajurit dan PNS TNI penyandang disabilitas serta pelayanan rehabilitasi medik, khususnya dalam pembuatan atau pemberian ortosa (alat bantu tubuh) dan protesa (alat ganti tubuh), yang akan dilaksanakan mulai besok sampai dengan tanggal 30 Agustus 2019, oleh karna itu Para Peserta dapat menyimak dengan baik apa yang disampaikan Tim Pusrehab.
“Saya tentunya berharap bahwa para peserta sosialisasi dapat mengikuti dan menyimak seluruh materi yang diberikan. Tanyakan apabila ada hal-hal yang kurang jelas atau ada permasalahan yang perlu penjelasan lebih terperinci.” Ucap Pangdam
