Minahasa – Lebih dari sebulan imbauan untuk melakukan physical distancing sebagai upaya memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus corona berjalan. Sebagian besar pekerja, siswa, dan mahasiswa diminta bekerja dan belajar dari rumah.
“Di saat wabah virus corona seperti ini, kita dituntut menjaga kondisi tubuh. Imunitas harus kuat untuk melawan virus. Kunci menjaga imunitas tubuh tak hanya soal asupan, tetapi juga perasaan bahagia dan lebih dari itu, memanfaatkan waktu ditengah Pandemi Covid-19” ungkap Wakil Bupati Minahasa Robby Dondokambey (RD), Minggu (24/05/2020).
Wakil Bupati RD bersama Wakil Ketua TP PKK Ibu Martina Lengkong, selalu mempergunakan waktu untuk mengisi hari – hari dengan berbagai aktivitas.
“Seperti hari ini, selesai beribadah Minggu kami sekeluarga membersihkan tanaman yang ada dipekarangan rumah. Sungguh indah ciptaan Tuhan yang perlu kita jaga dan pelihara,” kata opa dari Lukav Dondokaambey ini.
Pandemi covid-19 jangan hanya ada keluhan, tapi kita syukuri karena ada waktu berkumpul dengan keluarga.
“Menjadi lebih banyak dan banyak hal yang dapat kita kerjakan seperti mempergunakan pekarangan kita untuk menanam. Selain kita sehat, perasaan kita juga merasa bahagia karena melakukan hal yang kita senangi. Mereka yang bahagia, konon punya imunitas tubuh yang kuat” singkat Wabup RD. (Ronny)
