Morut – Plt Kepala Kantor ATR/ BPN Morowali Utara ( Morut), Moh Iqbal SH MSi, meminta kepada Pejabat Pembuat Akte Tanah ( PPAT) tidak ikut terlibat dengan aktivitas mafia tanah. Hal itu di tegaskan, Moh Iqbal, saat Melantik dan Mengambil Sumpah Jabatan, salah seorang PPAT di Wilayah kerja Morut, Rosalina Dewi Langelo SH MKn, bertempat di Kantor ATR/ BPN Morut, Selasa ( 29/3/2022).
Hadir dalam kegiatan itu, Sejumlah Pejabat dan Karyawan/ Karyawati di lingkungan Kantor ATR/ BPN Morut.
Pada kesempatan itu, Moh Iqbal, mengatakan, agar PPAT yang baru saja di lantik dapat melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya secara profesional, dengan tidak melibatkan diri pada konflik kepentingan, yang berkaitan erat dengan PPAT.
” Kami berharap, PPAT yang baru dilantik, bisa bekerja sesuai dengan petunjuk Peraturan Perundang-Undangan yang berlaku, ” tegas Kepala Kantor ATR/ BPN Morowali itu.
Ia menambahkan, sekaitan dengan tugasnya sebagai PPAT, yang bersangkutan berkewajiban untuk melaporkan kegiatannya di Kantor ATR / BPN Morut, paling lambat tiga bulan setelah di terbitkannya Surat Keputusan ( SK). Dan apabila ketetapan itu tidak di indahkan, maka keputusan pengangkatan dan penunjukan tempat kedudukan PPAT, batal demi hukum.
” PPAT juga wajib menyampaikan alamat kantornya, contoh tanda paraf dan terasan cap / stempel jabatannya kepada Kepala Wilayah BPN Sulteng, Bupati Morut, Ketua Pengadilan Negeri (PN), serta Kepala BPN yang wilayahnya meliputi tempat kedudukan PPAT tersebut, ” tandasnya.
Dikonfirmasi terpisah, PPAT yang baru dilantik, Rosalina Dewi Langelo SH MKn, berjanji akan melaksanakan tugas dan pengabdiannya sebagai seorang PPAT, berjalan secara profesional dan bertanggujawab.
” Saya optimis mampu menjalankan tugas ini, sesuai dengan Koridor Aturan yang di tetapkan, ” ujar Rosana, sapaan akrabnya. (NAL)
