Minsel – Bupati Minahasa Selatan DR Christiany Eugenia Paruntu,SE (CEP) meninjau secara langsung Pasar 54 Amurang, yang pada saat ini sudah menerapkan sistem jaga jarak atau phisical distansing.Ini untuk meminimalisir penyebaran dan memutuskan mata rantai covid 19.
Dalam kunjungan kali ini, Bupati CEP memastikan ada pengaturan jarak yang baik, pakai masker, petugas di lapangan betul-betul bertugas untuk mengingatkan masyarakat maupun pedagang mengenai protokol kesehatan secara terus-menerus.
Antusias masyarakat pedagang kepada Bupati CEP saat berada di pasar sangat baik. Hal ini terlihat saat Bupati CEP menyapa para pedagang di sambut dengan penuh kekeluargaan. Dan membagikan secara gratis payung besar kepada 50 pedagang.
Selain meninjau pos penjagaan di empat titik masuk yang berbeda di pasar tersebut, Bupati CEP juga membeli beberapa kebutuhan bahan pokok yang di jual para pedagang.
Pada kesempatan itu juga Bupati CEP menghimbau pada masyarakat untuk disiplin,mencuci tangan, jaga jarak yang aman, jangan lupa memakai masker, serta menghindari kerumunan dan keramaian atau konsentrasi massa.
Oma Stin Mononimbar salah satu penjual sembako kepada media ini mengatakan sangat berterima kasih kepada ibu Bupati yang sudah datang meninjau ke lokasi tempat berjual dan berbelanja di tempat mereka.
“Semoga ibu Bupati di berikan kekuatan dan umur yang panjang,” Ucap Oma Stin, seraya berharap kiranya ibu Bupati memperhatikan pasar yang ada di Minahasa Selatan ini supaya lebih baik lagi kedepannya.
