Morut -Kantor Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan, dan Perlindungan Anak Daerah (DP2KBP3AD) Morowali Utara (Morut), hangus terbakar dilalap si jago merah, pada Minggu (14/01/2024).
Meskipun personil Sat Pol PP Dan Damkar Sektor Kolonodale telah mengerahkan dua unit armadanya dibantu satu unit dari PMI Morut, untuk melakukan evakuasi serta pemadaman, Kantor tersebut tetap habis terbakar.
“Kebakaran tersebut mengakibatkan bangunan kantor mengalami rusak berat, dan barang yang bisa diselamatkan hanya satu buah brangkas. Sisanya habis terbakar” ujar Kasat Pol PP dan Damkar Morut, Buharman Lambuli Ssos, kepada sejumlah media, Senin (15/02023).
Ia menjelaskan, akibat peristiwa tersebut, Pemda Morut mengalami kerugian hingga mencapai Rp. 1 milyar.
