Morut-Kepala kantor (Kakan) ATR/BPN Morowali Utara (Morut), Andi Abdi Islam S.ST,mengambil sumpah Panitia Ajudikasi dan Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Kegiatan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) Tahun Anggaran ( TA) 2025, di ruang rapat Kantah ATR/BPN Morut, baru – baru ini.
Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut, sejumlah Kepala Desa (Kades) di Morut yang terdaftar dalam penetapan lokasi PTSL TA 2025, dan para saksi.
Pengambilan sumpah dilakukan menurut 2 agama, yakni Agama Islam dan Kristen.
Kakan ATR/BPN Morut, Andi Abdi Islam, dalam sambutannya, menyampaikan, bahwa pengambilan sumpah tersebut merupakan langkah awal bagi Tim Ajudikasi dalam menjalankan tugas mereka dengan penuh tanggung jawab dan integritas.
Ia juga menekankan, pentingnya profesionalisme dalam melaksanakan program PTSL demi kepastian hukum atas tanah di Kabupaten Morut.
“Dengan terselenggaranya pengambilan sumpah ini, diharapkan pelaksanaan PTSL TA 2025 bisa berjalan lancar dan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, sehingga memberikan manfaat besar bagi masyarakat dalam memperoleh kepastian hukum kepemilikan hak atas tanah, ” ujar Andi Abdi Islam.(Hms ATR BPN/NAL)
