Minsel – Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan berhasil meraih penghargaan dari Badan Kepegawaian Nasional (BKN) Tahun 2023 yaitu Peringkat 1 Kategori Penerapan Pemanfaatan Data Sistem Informasi dan CAT Pemerintah Kabupaten Wilayah Tenga Tipe Kecil dan Peringkat 2 Kategori Perencanaan Kebutuhan dan Mutasi Kepegawaian Pemerintah Kabupaten Wilayah Tenga Tipe Kecil.
Dalam kegiatan Rapat Koordinasi Nasional (Rakornas) Kepegawaian BKN Tahun 2023 yang dilaksanakan secara luring dan daring dengan tema “ Talent Management 2030 : Smart, Agile, and Empaty” pada hari Selasa (30/05/2023).
Rakornas Kepegawaian BKN Tahun 2023 ini dibuka oleh Wakil Presiden Republik Indonesia K.H. Ma’ruf Amin, didampingi Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi RI Abdullah Azwar Anas dan Kepala BKN Pusat Dr. Ir. Bima Haria Wibisana, MSIS, dengan agenda utama penyampaian implementasi Manajemen Talenta ASN menuju world class ASN 2024, sharing experience dan best practices Manajemen Talenta di Instansi Pemerintah dan Swasta, “Dynamic Governance, Organizational Structure” oleh Public Science Department Singapore serta Pengumuman Penerima BKN Award 2023.
Acara ini dihadiri oleh Sekretaris Daerah dan Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah/BKPSDM/BPSDM/BKPP Pemerintah Provinsi, Kabupaten Kabupaten dan Kota se-Indonesia. Kegiatan ini juga dirangkaikan dengan Hari Ulang tahun BKN ke 75.
Bupati Minahasa Selatan Franky Wongkar menyampaikan rasa bersyukur atas penghargaan ini, karena ini adalah hasil kerja bersama dan kerja keras jajaran Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan.
