Manado – Anggota DPRD Kota Manado Syarifudin Saafa,ST,MM, melaksanakan reses dalam menyerap aspirasi masyarakat bertempat di kediamannya kelurahan Singkil Dua Kecamatan Singkil, Senin (04/05/2020) pukul 16.00-17.30, tadi sore.
Politisi PKS ini mengatakan, masa reses merupakan masa penting yang akurat secara fungsional untuk menyerap aspirasi rakyat sebagai wadah untuk menjaring aspirasi masyarakat dalam hal kewajiban bagi seluruh anggota DPRD turun langsung ke Dapil nya masing-masing untuk bertemu dan tatap muka dengan masyarakat.
“Masa reses berguna bagi legislator untuk menyerap aspirasi masyarakat. Dengan begitu, para wakil rakyat dapat mengetahui kondisi dan apa saja kebutuhan warga di daerah pemilihannya,” ujar Saafa.
Dikatakan Saafa,berbagai usulan melalui reses, akan direkap dan salah satu aspirasi masyarakat khususnya warga di Kelurahan Kombos Barat dan Kombos Timur ini menginginkan infrastruktur yang layak serta saluran yang memadai, serta mempertanyakan bantuan Covid-19 dari pemerintah Kota Manado yang hingga saat ini belum di terima terutama di kecamatan Singkil.
“Karena jalan dan saluran itu merupakan pendukung sarana dan prasarana kelancaran perekonomian masyarakat, serta bantuan dari pemerintah bagi masyarakat yang terkena dampak covid-19,” tutur Saafa.
Saafa berharap dalam reses ini, “apa yang menjadi usulan perwakilan warga dapat terealisasikan dan kami sebagai legeslatif akan meneruskan usulan warga ke Eksekutif, mudah-mudahan semua usulan ini akan terealisasikan, amin,” Tutur Sekretaris Komisi II DPRD Kota Manado ini. (JM)
