Manado – Kasus pencabulan terhadap anak dibawah umur kembali terjadi. Kali ini korbannya yakni ND (17) sebut saja Mawar, warga disalah satu Kecamatan Singkil. Gadis SMA ini dicabuli hingga berulang kali oleh pacarnya sendiri yakni GB alias Gabriel (18) warga Desa Paputungan Kecamatan Likupang Barat Kabupaten Minahasa Utara (Minut). Peristiwa itu terjadi di salah satu rumah yang berada di Kecamatan Singkil, sejak bulan Februari lalu, namun baru dilaporkan pada Minggu (28/4) kemarin.
Menurut informasi yang dirangkum, diketahui antara korban dan pelaku telah menjalin hubungan pacaran sejak beberapa bulan yang lalu. Kemudian pada bulan Februari, korban diajak oleh sang pacar pergi kerumah salah satu temannya yang berada di Kecamatan Singkil. Karena sudah saling cinta, korbanpun menuruti ajakan dari sang pacar.
Sesampainya dirumah temannya, pelaku kemudian mengajak korban untuk masuk kedalam kamar dan meminta korban untuk berhubungan layaknya suami istri. Awalnya ajakan tersebut sempat ditolak oleh korban, namun karena termakan bujuk rayu dari sang pacar, sehingga korban merelakan keperawanannya direnggut oleh kekasih pujaannya.
Sejak saat itu, hubungan terlarang tersebut terus dilakukan oleh sepasang kekasih ini. Nah,, perbuatan pelaku terbongkar setelah orang tua korban yang melihat gerak gerik anaknya yang sudah mencurigakan.
Disitulah semua perbuatan bejat pelaku terbongkar. Dimana, korban mengakui kalau pelaku telah mencabuli dirinya hingga berulang kali.
Tak terima dengan perbuatan pelaku, korban didampingi orang tuanya mendatangi Mapolrsta Manado untuk membuat laporan kepolisian.
Sementara itu, Kapolresta Manado Kombes Pol Benny Bawensel melalui Kasubag Humas Iptu Tommi Oroh membenarkan adanya laporan tersebut, “laporan sudah kami terima dan akan segera ditindak lanjuti,” pungkasnya. (Dwi)
