Ratahan – Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Dinas Sosial Frangky F Wowor S.Sos,Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara (Mitra) menghadiri kegiatan sosialisasi monitoring evaluasi dan identifikasi pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kecamatan Belang Kabupaten Mitra,bertempat di Aula Kantor Desa Buku Kecamatan Belang,Jumat (12/4).
Dalam sambutannya Wowor mengatakan, bahwa PKH adalah program pemerintah pusat untuk memberikan bantuan sosial bersyarat kepada Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) yang ditetapkan sebagai keluarga penerima manfaat PKH sesuai servei yang dilakukan oleh petugas PKH.
Menurut dia program ini bertujuan sebagai upaya percepatan penanggulangan kemiskinan. Oleh sebab itu dia berharap program ini harus tepat sasaran.
Wowor juga menegaskan, bahwa sangatlah menyalahi aturan apabila kartu ATM KPM dititipkan kepada ketua kelompok untuk mengambil uang di bank. “Kartu tersebut dipegang dan digunakan oleh penerima yang bersangkutan dan tidak boleh di titipkan” cetus Wowor
“Kepada KPM saya ingatkan, mulai saat ini jangan menitipkan kartu ATM kapada ketua kelompok untuk mengambil uang di bank, Ini sangat menyalahi aturan. Sebab saya tidak ingin lagi mendengar adanya pemotongan-pemotongan Rp 50.000 dari ketua kelompok terhadap KPM.” tegas Wowor.
Sebelumnya, dihari yang sama sosialisasi monitoring evaluasi dan identifikasi pelaksanaan program keluarga harapan (PKH) ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Posumaen.
Kegiatan ini juga dihadiri oleh Bidang Perlindungan dan Jaminan Sosial, Korkab dan Pendamping PKH Kecamatan Belang serta seluruh penerima KPM di Kecamatan setempat. (*/Nal)
