Manado – Seorang lelaki berinisial YY alias Akob (19) warga Kelurahan Batu Kota Lingkungan III Kecamatan Malalayang, terpaksa harus dilumpuhkan dengan timah panas di kaki kirinya, setelah melakukan tindak pidana pencurian kendaraan bermotor (curanmor), milik Samuelson Jorryco Mamole (43) warga Kelurahan Malalayang Dua Lingkungan VIII Kecamatan Malalayang. Pengangguran ini diringkus dirumah orang tuanya yang berada di Kelurahan Batu Kota Lingkungan III Kecamatan Malalayang, Jumat (27/12) sekitar 15.00 Wita.
Menurut informasi yang dirangkum, penangkapan itu berawal saat korban yang diketahui bekerja sebagai karyawan swasta ini mendatangi Mapolsek Malalayang. Disana, korban melaporkan kasus pencurian kendaraan bermotor yang terjadi dirumahnya.
Berdasarkan laporan LP/592/XII/2019/SULUT/SPKT/SEK.MALALAYG, Tim Lipan Polsek Malalayang yang dipimpin Ipda M Pasaribu ini langsung menuju lokasi kejadian dan menggelar olah tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) serta mengumpulkan keterangan dari saksi saksi.
Setelah diketahui identitas pelaku, Tim ujung tombak Polsek Malalayang ini tanpa menunggu lama langsung bergerak mencari keberadaan pelaku. Alhasil pelaku berhasil diringkus di rumah orang tuanya yang berada di Kelurahan Batu Kota Lingkungan III Kecamatan Malalayang.
Namun saat hendak melakukan pengembangan untuk mencari barang bukti hasil curiannya, pelaku mencoba untuk melarikan diri. Terpaksa tim harus melumpuhkan kaki kirinya dengan timah panas. Selanjutnya digiring ke Mapolsek Malalayang untuk proses lebih lanjut.
Sementara itu, Kapolsek Malalayang Kompol Franky Manus ketika dikonfirmasi mengatakan saat diintrogasi, pelaku mengaku telah menjual barang bukti hasil curiannya ke Desa Kawiley Kecamatan Kauditan Kabupaten Minahasa Utara (Minut), “saat ini pelaku sudah di jebloskan kedalam sel dan akan segera diproses sssuai hukum yang berlaku,” Pungkasnya.
