Dalam sambutan Presiden pada kesempatan tersebut, menegaskan di saat ini bangsa kita tengah mengarungi masa-masa sulit karena pandemi global, kita patut bersyukur bahwa Indonesia memiliki dasar negara Pancasila yang menguatkan dan mempersatukan.
Dengan berpegang teguh pada Pancasila, kita bergotong-royong untuk bersama keluar dari berbagai tantangan dan kesulitan.
Selain itu, Walikota GSVL sesudah mengikuti upacara, menyampaikan selamat Hari Lahir Pancasila dan mengajak rakyat kota Manado untuk bersatu, gotong-royong dan fokus untuk masuk dan menyesuaikan dengan tatanan normal baru.
