Sulut – Gubernur Sulawesi Utara Olly Dondokambey mengimbau pimpinan pusat perbelanjaan menyediakan bilik sterilisasi untuk mencegah penyebaran virus corona atau covid-19.
“Sehubungan dengan itu, dimintakan kepada seluruh pusat perbelanjaan/supermarket/pasar swalayan yang ada di Sulawesi Utara untuk memasang bilik sterilisasi (disinfectant chamber) yang sesuai dengan standar Kementerian Kesehatan RI/WHO di setiap pintu masuk dan keluar,” demikian bunyi surat edaran tentang pemasangan bilik sterilisasi yang ditandatangani Gubernur Olly di Manado, Kamis (26/3/2020).
Diketahui, bilik sterilisasi itu berfungsi untuk sterilisasi secara keseluruhan badan bagi para masyarakat yang akan masuk ke pusat perbelanjaan untuk disterilkan dari kuman, bakteri, dan virus yang mungkin menempel.
Komposisi cairan antiseptik yang digunakan pada chamber, kandungannya berbeda dengan cairan disinfektan yang disemprotkan ke fasilitas umum sehingga dijamin aman untuk masyarakat dalam menggunakan bilik sterilisasi. (JM)
