Manado – Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Kota Manado melakukan pencegahan corona virus disease (Covid-19) dengan menyemprotkan disinfektan terhadap angkutan kota (angkot) yang ada di Kota Manado.
“Sesuai instruksi Pak Walikota, hari ini kami mulai melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan di kendaraan umum. Kami targetkan semua mikrolet di Kota Manado akan disemprot disinfektan,” ujar Kadishub Manado Michael Tandirerung melalui Sekdis Moody Monareh. Kamis (26/03/2020).
Dikatakan Monareh,aksi penyemprotan terhadap angkot ini untuk memberi rasa aman bagi masyarakat sekaligus untuk mencegah penyebaran virus corona.
“Penyemprotan disinfektan pada kendaraan ini dilakukan demi mencegah penyebaran virus corona,namun sebelum di lakukan penyemprotan terlebih dahulu angkutan Kota mengkosongkan penumpang. ” tambah Monareh.
Monareh juga menyampaikan imbauan kepada pengemudi angkutan kota untuk selalu menjaga kesehatan dan kebersihan kendaraannya, untuk mencegah penyebaran virus Covid-19. (*)
