Tondano – Program Bupati Minahasa Ir. Royke O. Roring, M.Si,IPU dan Wakil Bupati Robby Dondokambey S.Si bersama Forkopimda untuk melestarikan Danaou Tondano demi anak cucu mendapat respon positif dari berbagai elemen masyarakat Kabupaten Minahasa.
“Dari APBN lewat balai sungai mereka menganggarkan 20 Miliar untuk pembangunan tembok, dari anggaran provinsi lewat pak Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur 20 Miliar untuk pengadaan peralatan, dari kita di kabupaten Minahasa ada 6,6 Miliar, untuk padat karya dan sebagian kecil untuk peralatan dan biaya operasional,” Ujar Bupati ROR, Rabu (22/1/2020), usai mendampingi Asisten Teritorial (Aster) Panglima TNI, Mayjen TNI George E. Supit, Meninjau lokasi pengangkatan enceng gondok.
”Karena danau Tondano ini adalah Danau strategis Nasional, DAS nya strategis Nasional, artinya bahwa tanggung jawab utama ada di Nasional baru Provinsi, Cuma wilayahnya ada di Minahasa,” ucap Bupati ROR.
Disamping itu, Bupati sangat sesalkan terhadap PLN yang tidak menunjukan kepedulian terhadap pelestarian danau Tondano.
” Yang kita sayangkan adalah PLN, PLN tidak menunjuk keperdulian terhadap pelestarian danau Tondano. Sejak saya menjadi Bupati, PLN tidak menunjukkan kebersamaan untuk mengatasi danau, cuma datang Protes ada Enceng gondok di saluran,” tutur Bupati ROR.
“Tanpa danau Tondano, PLN tidak bisa memutar turbin 67,38 untuk pembangkit.” ungkap Bupati ROR. (Rommy)
