Asahan-Bupati Asahan membuka Rapat Koordinasi Pemerintahan (Rakorpem) Bulan Juli di Pendopo Rumah Dinas Bupati Asahan, Selasa (11/07/2022).
Tampak hadir Wakil Bupati Asahan, Sekda Asahan, Staff Ahli, Asisten, Kepala OPD, Camat, Kepala Bagian dan para Sekretaris OPD.
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Asahan H. Surya BSc mengatakan saat ini telah memasuki triwulan ke- III, untuk itu, OPD dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan perlu memperhatikan waktu dan diharapkan kegiatan terlaksana sesuai dengan perencanaan dan regulasi. ” Laksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dengan dedikasi, loyalitas, prestasi dan tidak tercela”, ujar Bupati.
Tidak bosan – bosannya Bupati menyampaikan kepada OPD agar tetap memperhatikan prinsip 3T dalam melaksanaan kegiatan, yakni Tertib Administrasi, Tertib Anggaran dan Tertib dalam melaksanakan tugas. Bupati juga berharap agar OPD melakukan upaya peningkatan penggunaan produk dalam Negeri dalam melaksanakan kegiatan dengan menggunakan E- katalog.
